This role involves partnering with various teams to enhance delivery processes and ensure the adoption of best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key contributor within the PMO supporting complex enterprise programs
Define, implement, govern, and improve software delivery methodologies across waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments
Establish delivery standards, playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks aligned to PMBOK, Agile, and enterprise PMO practices
Provide hands‑on training and guidance to project teams on applying delivery methodologies effectively
Partner with Scrum Masters to translate PMO standards into actionable team guardrails including sprint goals, Definition of Done, and release criteria
Design and govern end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle models including intake, planning, execution, release management, and operational transition
Serve as a subject matter expert for Azure DevOps, including work item configuration, backlog management, dependency tracking, dashboards, and reporting
Conduct delivery health checks, governance assessments, artifact reviews, and enforce adherence to PMO methodologies
Identify gaps, risks, and non‑compliance, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement
Use Power BI to design and maintain executive dashboards reflecting delivery health, throughput, predictability, risks, and trends
Define and standardize delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, predictability, and resource utilization
Support program planning and forecasting by integrating schedule, backlog, and performance data
Facilitate governance forums, cadence reviews, and executive briefings using data‑driven insights
Identify systemic risks, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Support change management and adoption of new delivery practices, tools, and standards
Partner with technology and business leadership to align methodologies with architecture, operations, and compliance requirements
Document technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, impact analyses, lessons learned, and best practices
Build and maintain productive working relationships with technology teams, business owners, sponsors, vendors, and clients
Lead and participate in enterprise project activities and ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in PMO methodology, complex software delivery, and delivery tooling
Prior experience establishing methodology for SAP BRIM and Microsoft Dynamics implementations
10+ years of experience in PMO, program delivery, or delivery excellence roles supporting large, multi‑team software initiatives
Proven experience designing and governing PMO methodologies at scale
Strong hands‑on experience delivering in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments
Demonstrated ability to scale delivery practices across multiple teams, vendors, and workstreams
Expert‑level experience with Azure DevOps including work item configuration, backlog/sprint/release management, dependency planning, reporting, and analytics
Expert‑level experience with Power BI including data modeling, transformation, dashboard design, and executive reporting
Ability to translate delivery data into actionable insights for leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to explain complex methodologies in practical, understandable terms
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Lean Agile or Delivery Excellence certifications preferred
