Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or have obtained a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and devices
Experience with common office software and productivity tools
Understanding of cybersecurity principles
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
