Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of planning, policy, and program management
Supervising procedure code evaluations related to the development and maintenance of the MA program fee schedule
Develop and recommend policy positions and guidance
Participate directly in the creation of operational procedures, provider payment rates, and automated systems applications
Plan, organize, and direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of program policies
Issue directives and procedures
Create regulations
Develop user designs for automated systems
Qualification
Required
One year of experience as a Human Services Program Executive 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Five years of professional experience in the development, implementation, or evaluation of a human services program or program operations, including three years of consultative or supervisory experience; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes three years of professional consultative or supervisory experience in the development, implementation, or evaluation of a human services program or program operations
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
