Responsibilities
Review and guide systems engineering team to ensure first time quality of all Architecture, Requirements, Test and Verification products
This will involve the review, development and approval of the following; Verification test products, Verification documentation, Requirement products such as new requirements, derived and system level, Traceability analysis, Schedules, plans and performance to those plans
Participate in requirements development and verification products
Document analysis results in reports and briefings for review and critique by stakeholders
Create and present briefings within the team, to Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and supporting stakeholders
Duties will include leading teams of engineers in the development of products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 5+ years of related experience or a Master's degree
Strong technical background in systems engineering and verification
Ability to think critically and capture concepts in papers, presentations, and discussions
Experience with DOORS
Recent requirements authoring experience
Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Test/Verification exposure/understanding
Must be capable of working both independently and within a team environment
Good communication skills
