Talent Acquisition Director
Brio Water Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to lead full-cycle recruiting for key sales management and senior level roles. This role involves managing a team of recruiters and ensuring effective hiring processes across the company.
Responsibilities
Manages small talent acquisition team ensuring the company is able to hire high-caliber talent across all business units in an efficient, timely, and compliant manner
Responsible for establishing department process and procedures, including improvements to the company’s newly implemented ATS and system updates
Owns full-cycle recruiting for all open positions
Track and report pipeline activity using an ATS
Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
Support onboarding coordination with HR
Assist with employer branding and candidate experience improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting
3+ years of experience directly managing a talent acquisition team
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
Ability to manage 15+ open roles simultaneously
