The role involves overseeing project milestones, coordinating development activities, and serving as Scrum Master while ensuring client satisfaction and effective documentation.

Responsibilities
Manage large scale implementations of software solution for natural gas companies (1-2 year projects)
Manage & track all activity across multiple clients
Manage Development Life Cycle (including unit / functional / user acceptance testing)
+ Dev Team Coordination
+ Employee & Client Training
+ Customer Support & Response Time
+ Client Product Backlogs & Project Plans
+ Documentation related to all the above areas
Serve as Scrum Master for the team, as well as client projects
Utilize DevOps to manage all activity
Take proactive action to remove impediments and coordinate meetings / discussions between the team
Participate in discussions for new client to understand requirements gathering
Manage product backlog for new client, including documentation during meetings
Assist with organizing and prioritizing all project work to meet project milestones
Assist with support / response times for maintenance clients
Assist with project plans and status reports
Apply Agile and Scrum principles in all areas
Create user guides and other documentation as needed
Other items / assistance / automation / improvements as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience managing large scale software development projects
Manage large scale implementations of software solution for natural gas companies (1-2 year projects)
Manage & track all activity across multiple clients
