Print Production Technician

NEOGOV is seeking a Print Production Technician to join the Department of Transportation at their Riverfront Office Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role involves operating various printing equipment to produce maps, publications, and other printed materials while collaborating with team members to meet printing demands efficiently.

Responsibilities

You will effectively operate a variety of printing equipment to create one- and two-color maps, publications, brochures, forms, and other printed materials for the department
A thorough knowledge of different printing techniques and the machinery that supports the graphic service center (GSC) in both single and multi-color printing is essential for success in this role
Furthermore, collaboration is vital; you will need to assist fellow GSC team members, particularly when specific equipment is out of service or during periods of increased workload

Required

One year as a Print Production Operator (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year of experience in the operation of print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery used in a print or mail production facility; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must be able to perform essential job functions
