GEOINT Analyst (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities

Conduct geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) analysis to support Analysis & Exploitation Team (AET) problem sets, and air component GEOINT requirements assigned to the 480 ISRW
Perform ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to integrate geospatial data with other intelligence sources (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT)
Assist in developing and delivering high-quality GEOINT products, including maps, imagery analysis, and geospatial reports
Collaborate with other AETs, cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery and problem solving for air component customers
Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them
Maintain proficiency in geospatial tools, software, and methodologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions
Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies
Travel may be required (Up to 15%)

Required

At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree
Proficiency in GEOINT analysis, ISR Target Development, and Multi-Int Fusion
Familiarity with geospatial tools and software, such as ArcGIS, Google Earth, RemoteView, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of geospatial data sources, collection platforms, and analytical methodologies
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required

Preferred

Experience supporting the 480 ISRW or similar ISR organizations
Knowledge of ISR Target Development and operational-level intelligence planning
Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government geospatial analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification
Familiarity with advanced geospatial tradecraft techniques and methodologies
Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in geospatial analysis
