Responsibilities

Support routine customer enabling activities within the order management process
Assist with claims management activities following established procedures
Identify potential obstacles in the claims management process and coordinate corrective actions with customer service, sales, and account managers as directed
Update internal stakeholders on claim status and support issue resolution
Generate claim-related documentation in accordance with established processes
Support resolution of simple administrative or clerical issues related to claim investigation, processing, and resolution
Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit memos, debit memos, and short pay/deduction authorization
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or leadership as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle accounting-related transactions, including large transaction values
Ability to follow defined procedures and workflows
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
High School Diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent

Preferred

Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment or claims management
