Responsibilities
You manage the day-to-day operations stack of 1 to 2 RoadRunners locations
You are #2 in the organization in any given location, serving under the Operator
This role is bench for becoming an Operator, which has an ownership stake & runs the store
Your success in this role will come down to your ability to put in the volume on hours both in and out of the store, as well as the quality of game-time decisions you are making about how to drive revenue, having successful asset events, and internal rankings
KPIs are clear and results are measured and tracked
You oversee and run: Truck & Supply Chain, Google Reviews, Labor, scheduling, hiring, Training, Food safety and inspection prep, Outside revenue; pop-ups, catering, truck events, more, Safetculture tracking system, Performance reviews for team, Drive-Thru operational/time stats and targets, Reporting, month-end, inventory counting, Ordering and vendor communication, Contractor & maintenance coordination & tracking
