That means running a robust pipeline, focusing on the right opportunities, and confidently moving deals through multi-stage sales cycles
With sharp negotiation and closing skills, you’ll turn ideal mid-market prospects into long-term Trainual customers, all while maintaining strong forecast accuracy and deal discipline

You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and fellow Revenue teammates to deliver a seamless, standout buying experience from first conversation through handoff
Along the way, you’ll bring the voice of the customer back to the business—helping influence messaging, product direction, and our broader mid-market go-to-market strategy
You sell by listening first
You’re curious about how businesses actually work, quick to uncover real challenges, and great at connecting Trainual’s value to tangible outcomes
You show up as a trusted advisor, not a pitch deck reader, and you’re comfortable leading both 1:1 and group demos that speak to different stakeholders in the room
You know how to say the right thing—clearly, confidently, and without the fluff
Whether it’s an email, a call, or a demo, you embody Trainual’s human, approachable brand and know how to tell a story that sticks
You cut through the noise, get to the point, and make the value obvious
You know when to lean in, when to listen, and when to circle back to the pain that actually matters
You’re comfortable navigating mid-market volume, handling objections, and guiding buyers to confident 'yes' decisions
You aim for win-wins that set both the customer and Trainual up for long-term success
Your pipeline is clean, organized, and tells a story
You’re data-driven, comfortable in tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and you understand how great CRM hygiene fuels strong forecasting and smarter selling
You pick up new tools quickly and are always looking for ways to level up your sales game
You’re up to full productivity within 3 months of your start date and already beginning to take 1:1 calls with prospects
After 3 months, you’ll be selling toward a fully ramped MRR quota, but you’re not even sweating it because you’re already killin’ it by month 2
You’re already falling into a complete sales rhythm by month 6 - you can navigate answers to questions through the right resources and communication channels, and you’re on path to start hitting consistency bonuses because you take feedback and implement it like a boss
Qualification
Required
Experience in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, running demos, and closing deals
Ability to guide multiple stakeholders to confident decisions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience in consultative and solution selling
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to navigate mid-market volume and handle objections
Strong CRM discipline and sales tech savvy, particularly with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Data-driven approach with a clean and organized pipeline
