Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the client accounting services team to ensure accurate and timely accounting services
Lead month-end close processes, ensuring all financial reports are completed accurately and on time
Supervise accounts payable and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide tailored outsourced accounting solutions
Prepare and review financial statements and reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving issues related to their accounts
Continuously improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client accounting or public accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including month-end close processes
Experience with accounts payable, payroll, and invoicing
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
