Responsibilities
This position is designed to be an engineering rotational program lasting 8-9 months, giving a recent college graduate experience and exposure to several areas of our organization
The target areas of the company that this person could work within during this time period are Service (Technical Support), Manufacturing, and Sales (Inside Sales Engineering)
There may also be opportunities to gain experience in additional areas of our business and to build relationships across the organization, including at customer sites, with business partner organizations, or in additional business units with Endress+Hauser
The goal once the program is deemed complete is to be placed into an open technical position within sales, service or projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical degree
Customer service skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions of managers, reps, and customers
Minimal travel (e.g. field work, customer visits, Regional Center visits, etc.)
Some rotations may require extended stay at locations other than Greenwood
Preferred
Microsoft office skills
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to groups of up to 20 people
Engineering or technical sales internship or co-op
Customer service experience
