Responsibilities
Conduct job analysis by reviewing existing job descriptions, organizational charts, and operational documentation to identify gaps our outdated content
Partner with compensation staff and department leaders to validate job duties, scope, through structured discussions and follow analysis
Assist with benchmarking preparations by aligning job descriptions to market matches to understand how job content impacts compensation placement
Document findings, track progress, against milestones, and present summary insights to the Compensation team and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Full-time enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Excellent video editing skills
Strong problem solving skills
Knowledge of Human Resources laws, regulations, and best practices
