Teltonika IoT & B2B Academy is inviting an ambitious Sales Manager to join their growing USA Sales team. In this role, you will lead and develop a new sales team focused on Telematics devices while executing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.

Responsibilities
Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks
Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base
Direct and manage the performance and development of your team
Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team
Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met
Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently
Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly
Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
Ensure order tracking and correction
Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product
Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)
Experience in building and motivating sales team
Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently
