Responsibilities
Play a critical role in activating key product functionality and onboarding users to new tools
Partner with the team to identify product gaps, recommend solutions, define target operating models, and guide migration strategies
Work closely with third-party vendor teams on established project routines to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
4 years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred
Experience with large-scale transformation programs
Familiarity with modernizing platforms and driving adoption across teams
Experience in product ownership, problem-solving, strategic communication, and change leadership
