Responsibilities
Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites
Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes
Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty
Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting

Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards
Qualification
Required
Active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License required
Prior experience in customer service roles preferred, ideally in the insurance industry
3+ Years of experience in the Insurance Industry, specifically Home and Auto Insurance
Must be willing to work in-office at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida location
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy-related documentation
Demonstrated professionalism in dealing with clients and handling confidential information
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using basic computer software and insurance agency systems
