Responsibilities

Help plan, create and schedule content across our social channels
Support day-to-day channel management: monitor comments, DMs and mentions (and know what needs a reply versus a reaction)
Track performance and pull insights into simple, useful recaps
Research trends, formats and platform best practices, then recommend what’s actually worth testing
Collaborate with marketing, creative and PR teams to develop content ideas and social campaigns

Required

Full-time junior or senior student or recent grad with a major or minor in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations or related field
Previous internship or relevant experience a plus
Strong writing skills with an eye for brand voice, tone and timing
Familiarity with major social media platforms and content formats (short-form video, carousels, stories, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A curious, collaborative mindset: you're happy to execute, and you're not shy about pitching an idea
