Responsibilities

Compare work across sites and teams to identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and make recommendations that improve operational efficiency
Influence outcomes by applying structured thinking, sound judgment, and close partnership with subject matter experts
Ensure operational practices are clearly defined, well understood, and ready to scale
Leverage modern tooling, including AI and LLM-based workflows, to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and enablement, with final outputs validated through real-world operational expertise
Support physical security, regulatory, compliance, and audit readiness through procedural documentation
Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines where documentation is the appropriate enablement mechanism
Support onboarding and training programs by contributing accurate operational content and education materials
Identify and support other enablement approaches, including training sessions or knowledge-sharing programs, as appropriate
Partner with subject matter experts to validate enablement materials and proposed improvements
Ensure operational practices and enablement materials support safety, physical security, regulatory, and audit requirements

Required

3-5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environments
Strong track record creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teams
Experience with documentation frameworks, version control, and content management systems
Understanding of compliance, safety, and audit requirements in operational documentation
Ability to work with SMEs to extract, clarify, and document complex technical processes
Pays attention to detail and recognizes nuance while maintaining focus on the big picture
Experience in data center operations or cloud infrastructure environments
Ability to influence outcomes by applying structured thinking and sound judgment
Ability to partner with subject matter experts to validate enablement materials and proposed improvements
Ability to identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and make recommendations that improve operational efficiency
Ability to support physical security, regulatory, compliance, and audit readiness through procedural documentation

You are a systems thinker, driven to solve fragmented and inconsistent processes by architecting cohesive, standardized documentation across multiple regions and teams
