As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining product feature enhancements and new product launches for web and native apps while collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Drive the design vision of the company, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing leaders
Work with product managers to define and prioritize a backlog
Work in a fast-paced environment and provide deliverables under reasonably tight deadlines
Present your work effectively, and help guide decision-making
Create prototypes and tests for user testing when valuable
Create flow charts and user journey diagrams when valuable
Use quantitative and qualitative data to create designs that serve the customer
Qualification
Required
4+ years of product design experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with design best practices for iOS and Android
Extensive experience with Figma, including libraries and prototyping
Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel and metabase
Preferred
Experience designing fintech products
Experience designing products for business owners
