Responsibilities
Provide customers, sales channels, and internal customers (Endress+Hauser, SpectraSensors personnel) with a reliable point of contact during hours of operation. This includes phone and email support
Perform order entry for high-volume Service Request Orders (SROs) in Syteline ERP, and process RMAs for repairs in Renewity - this will require interaction with sales channels, customers, service and factory personnel
Manage the SRO process through completion and invoicing via recording, tracking, facilitating and communicating status to appropriate parties
Prepare and enter Request for Quotes (RFQ) for spare parts and service
Produce and maintain various reporting metrics and presentation material through MS Excel, PowerPoint and Syteline ERP
Process expense reports and other related administrative tasks as assigned
Coordinate travel, hotel and transportation arrangements for management staff as well as visitors for the Houston and Rancho locations
Coordinate meetings (schedule meetings in outlook, order lunch etc.) for customer visits and staff meetings. This will include running errands as necessary to pick-up food, or purchase items from a local store
Greet and assist visitors and serve as the main point of contact for customers and service providers
Order and manage office supply inventory
Coordinate all maintenance requests for the office
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer support, preferably in the process control instrumentation industry
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative support capacity or office manager role
Must be detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
Must have the ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to deal with all levels of personnel within an organization
Must have a demonstrated ability to customer commitment, with a customer service oriented approach
Must be reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
Must possess an intermediate working knowledge of SAP or ERP programs
Must possess an intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office programs
A team player with strong organizational and people skills, who is results oriented and tenacious in meeting deadlines
The ability to understand other company functions and work cross-functionally and gain consensus when needed
High-energy, bright, creative and articulate individual
Minimum high school diploma
Preferred
Associates degree in business or related field is preferred
