Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate mission-aligned grant and sponsorship opportunities for eligibility and strategic fit
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date funding pipeline tracker
Draft and assemble grant and sponsorship applications, including required attachments
Ensure all proposals meet funder guidelines and submission deadlines
Track submissions, award notifications, and required follow-ups
Performance in this role is measured through clear, outcome-focused metrics, including: Weekly: Number of grant and sponsorship applications submitted, Monthly: Total dollar amount of funding secured and documented follow-ups on pending submissions, Ongoing: Accurate updates to the funding pipeline tracker
Success is evaluated based on pipeline strength, submission quality, and funds secured
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in nonprofit grant research and proposal development is required
Demonstrated familiarity with grant databases, funder guidelines, and submission processes
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote environment
