The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product distribution, customer success, and project management, responsible for ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage new retail partner projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals. Act as liaison for successful manufacturing of retail branded and private label products
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating resources to achieve project objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, manufacturing and customers) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
Monitor project progress, identify risks, write and maintain technical documents (Bill of Materials, ART, etc) and implement mitigation strategies as needed
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes
Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle
Manage onboarding of new retailer's distribution or adding new product to retail partners' portfolio
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in manufacturing or retail environment, product development/distribution, project management and customer facing support
Proven experience in retail product development/distribution and project management, preferably in the contract manufacturing or manufacturing spaces
Strong understanding of customer relations/customer support
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong command of Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship development, ability to provide timely project updates and solve and prevent potential roadblocks
