Responsibilities
Effectively help manage the properties leasing and recertification documentation
Coordinate with resident households to collect necessary income, expense, and asset information to calculate rent and/or program eligibility based on affordable program type
Achieves and maintains timeliness of recertifications in line with agency and program requirements
Responsible for all phases of the recertification process
Qualification
Required
Experience with LIHTC, Tax Credit, Section 8 or Hud Project based properties is required
Knowledge and 1 to 2 years of experience in property management
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Have a positive attitude and keep a solution-based and customer-focused mindset at all times
