Responsibilities

Manage a team of Service Managers and Customer Service Officers to deliver exceptional customer service and support to DBS Bank's consumer banking clients
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the consumer banking service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, improve service quality, and drive process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, operations, and technology, to identify and address customer pain points
Monitor and analyze service metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the service team to enhance their skills and capabilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Contribute to the development and implementation of the consumer banking service strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role, preferably in the banking industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
Proficient in data analysis and performance management, with the ability to use data to drive improvements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with banking products and services, including credits, bonds, and other financial instruments
Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and enhancing customer experience
