Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, using both Spanish and English as needed
Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and general account management
Explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly and concisely to clients in their preferred language
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our diverse client base
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and issue resolution

Qualification

Fluency in SpanishFluency in EnglishCustomer service experienceCRM software proficiencyCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsPositive attitudeOrganizational skills

Required

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized
High school diploma or equivalent required
