Understanding maintenance procedures and work order management
Learning about capital improvement plans
Property inspection protocols and quality standards
Emergency procedures and crisis management
Introduction to accounting and accounts payable procedures
Budget basics and financial reporting
Understanding property financial performance
Fair Housing compliance training
Communication skills and business etiquette
Customer service excellence
Team building and leadership development
Regular visits to Dolben properties throughout the region
Hands-on learning with experienced property management teams
Exposure to various property types and operations
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate (within 1 year) from an accredited college or university
Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Communications preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Customer service oriented with genuine desire to help others
Team building and team leading abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Genuine interest in a career in real estate and/or multifamily property management
