Customer Success Manager - $33.65 - $40.90 per hour
7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Healthcare Customer Success Manager to build trusted, long-term relationships with hospital and healthcare customers. The role involves owning a portfolio of accounts, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders
Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and communicate measurable value and outcomes
Drive product adoption and identify gaps between current and optimal usage
Develop success plans aligned with customer goals and organizational priorities
Track, analyze, and report on key customer health and performance metrics
Serve as the primary advisor for solutions, best practices, and product usage
Proactively manage risks, escalations, and issue resolution
Partner with renewal stakeholders to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities
Support annual renewal and growth targets through strong customer engagement
Act as the lead point of contact for assigned customers across all solutions
Adjust service approach based on customer segmentation and delivery playbooks
Monitor NPS feedback and customer health scores and respond proactively
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
Develop and maintain customer references and advocacy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of complex B2B customers
Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to demonstrate ROI and value
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
