Responsibilities
Landscape design drafting and development
Creating high‑quality 3D models and renderings from drafted plans
Performing accurate take‑offs and preliminary estimating
High‑level design thinking and problem solving
Collaborating with supervisors and teammates while also working independently
Evolving responsibilities with increased accuracy, speed, and critical thinking
Qualification
Required
Expert‑level proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong skills in take‑offs, estimating, and quantity verification
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in landscape architectural design and horticulture
Strong experience in 3D modeling (Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, etc.)
Strong creativity, integrity, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Open to learning, iteration, and professional growth
Preferred
Experience with permitting processes, submittals, or jurisdictional requirements is a plus
Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar preferred
1–3+ years with a design‑build landscape company preferred
Prior leadership experience or mentoring is a significant plus
