Platform Partnerships Manager
Layer is building a new kind of accounting software and bookkeeping for SMBs, integrating these services into existing software tools. As a Platform Partnerships Manager, you will manage post-sale execution, guide customers through launching accounting products, and onboard their SMBs to AI bookkeeping services.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB platform customers post-sale, owning day-to-day execution and follow-through
Guide customers through planning, integrating, and launching accounting and bookkeeping powered by Layer
Work directly with customers’ sales & marketing teams to support GTM initiatives and drive early traction
Onboard customers’ SMBs to Layer’s AI bookkeeping services and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience

Strength with tools like Excel, SQL, etc
