Lead and oversee the execution of the project tasks as defined in the project plan to achieve the project goals
Maintain effective communication and working relationships with stakeholders and third parties/vendors
Provide regular and timely updates to stakeholders about progress, adjustments, and advancements
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
Mitigate and manage issues, changes, and risks
Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and that deliverables meet project requirements
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and report on project progress and changes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Preferred

A Master's degree or an MBA
Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred
