Corda Credit Union is seeking full-time Member Services Representatives to join their team due to growing membership. The role involves providing information about products and services, conducting transactions, and assisting members with their financial needs.

Responsibilities

Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, transactions and requests are handled appropriately
Handle transactions for members including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and establishing new accounts
Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities
Track, record, and report transactional information accurately
Work with other team members to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being prompt, and support the leadership team as needed

Required

1 to 2 years of customer service or sales experience
Strong active-listening and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in problem solving in a collaborative environment
