Function as technical SME on implementation of major projects
Support Operation Management Systems in STO Computer Operation department
Responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts
Follow and enforce the departments change management process
Ensure timing of the changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems
Work on all aspects of new applications development as well as vendor systems implementations

Qualification
Required
Experience as a Business Analyst with a software development background
Function as technical SME on implementation of major projects
Support Operation Management Systems in STO Computer Operation department
Responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts
Manage projects from initiation through post implementation support
Follow and enforce the departments change management process
Ensure timing of changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems
Work on all aspects of new applications development
Conduct vendor systems implementations: planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, training, implementation, and ongoing technical support
Provide day-to-day support of existing applications
Problem solving and issues resolution
Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools
Follow procedures
