Responsibilities
Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Cleans/Diffusion equipment area
Effectively executing tasks that are required to maintain primarily the toolsets within the following tool groups: Cleans and Diffusion
Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems
Scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area
Interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied
Understand and follow all safety protocols when working around hazardous chemicals
Complete documentation and train others
Effectively communicate using written and verbal skills
Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
Be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds
Work a compressed shift with days and night shifts available
Diagnose equipment alarms, read operational data and create action plans as needed
Work in a high-volume manufacturing environment and sustain equipment with minimal direction
Use root-cause problem-solving techniques to solve complex problems on Semiconductor toolsets
Qualification
Required
