Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining integrated program schedules across pre-silicon and post-silicon phases
Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution
Manage hardware allocation and logistics working with global infrastructure and ops teams
Drives data quality, derives insights from the data
Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and tracking for materials and headcount
Prepare Power BI dashboards. Generate program reports and status and present to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate communication between global cross-functional teams
Champion best-in-class processes for program execution and documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for logistics workflows and financial controls
Support lessons-learned capture and process standardization across programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Combination of strong technical background with interest in Program/Project Management
Understanding of computer architecture with exposure to device drivers, firmware and/or graphics technology
Experience with Microsoft Project or other planning tools
Experience with PowerBI, Data Visualization tools, JIRA, Confluence and Excel
General knowledge PC, SOC, FW and SW architectures, and understanding of SOC or platform development processes
Preferred
Formal Project Management education, PMP designation is a plus
