Responsibilities

Infrastructure Automation: Design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation to streamline provisioning and configuration of cloud and on‑prem resources
CI/CD Engineering: Create, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deployment tools such as Argo CD to automate build, test, security scanning, and release workflows
Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy, scale, and operate workloads on Kubernetes (Cloud and On‑prem). Experience with OpenShift is a strong plus
Observability & Monitoring: Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Splunk, AppDynamics, and related tools to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues
Security & Compliance: Apply DevSecOps best practices, ensure adherence to security standards, and implement automated security controls and compliance guardrails
Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Security teams to streamline development workflows and promote DevOps best practices
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers to foster team growth

Required

6+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, including senior-level responsibilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control, branching strategies, workflows, and repository management
Strong proficiency in Terraform for IaC
Expertise with GitHub Actions and Argo CD for CI/CD
Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, and JavaScript
Deep experience working with Kubernetes (Cloud and On‑premises); OpenShift experience is a plus
Experience with Ansible for configuration management
Strong understanding of monitoring and logging platforms such as Splunk and AppDynamics
Familiarity with security best practices, DevSecOps principles, and compliance frameworks
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

Generative AI experience is preferred (integrating AI workflows, automation, or AI-driven tooling)
