Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity
Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for creative campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (account managers, creative talent management, editors, creator, product, etc.) to develop integrated marketing campaigns
Develop creative briefs and provide clear direction to creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals
Measure and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Present creative concepts and strategies to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
Contribute to the development of new business pitches and proposals

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in UGC / Social Media copywriting within a media agency or a related field

Strong understanding of copywriting, branding, and storytelling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
