Responsibilities
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding Customer Service by providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and solid product knowledge
Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, processing, and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock, and housekeeping
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers
Communicate customer requests to management
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation for simple grab-n-go meals
Qualification
Required
Ability to process information/merchandise through the computer system and POS register system
Ability to communicate with associates and guests, read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including the selling floor, stock room, register, and operate/use all equipment
Ability to climb ladders and move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity
Working knowledge of POS systems
Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
Strong ability to multi-task and effectively manage time
Professionalism for in-person customer service and client focus
Problem-solving/analysis and teamwork orientation
Proficient communicator with technical capacity
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience (in-person/face-to-face)
Preferred
Experience with G-site POS system register
Experience working in a gas station, convenience store, or other comparable operation
