Responsibilities
Provide a warm, authentic welcome that reflects the 49th State Brewing brand
Guide guests through our menu, beer list, and Alaska-inspired offerings
Accurately take and process orders in a high-volume environment
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality and presentation
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area
Collaborate closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Contribute to a fun, energetic, and guest-focused summer atmosphere
Qualification
Required
Previous serving experience required (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
Passion for hospitality, craft beer, and Alaska-made products
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay positive, efficient, and professional under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Available to start by March 1 and work through at least September
