Responsibilities
Prepress tickets according to standard operating procedures, redirecting issues when found
Utilize tools such as Adobe, Excel, Outlook, Oracle, and other technology to complete work
Participate in proofing and determine root causes of failure points
Communicate within and outside the department to clarify questions and maintain production flow
Work within a team environment to achieve production goals
Maintain accurate production records to aid in production assessment and highlight key learning opportunities
Adopt a team player attitude and assist with other duties as assigned based on business demand
Qualification
Required
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
Ability to interpret job tickets and manufacturing specifications
Basic math proficiency (fractions, decimals, measurements, percentages)
Data entry skills in Excel
Ability to work 50-hour weeks
Preferred
Experience with Outlook and Oracle
Flexibility to work up to 60 hours per week during peak seasons
