Responsibilities
Work with attorneys and business development team members to produce high-quality pitches, proposals and RFP responses
Update marketing materials, including practice descriptions, web content, attorney bios and experience lists
Coordinate submissions for legal directories, awards and rankings
Assist with practice sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring the firm maximizes benefits and return on investment
Conduct research on clients, prospects and competitors to support meetings and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with the events team and attorneys on client events, seminars and webinars. Maintain key contact mailing lists
Work with the marketing and communications teams on media relations, editorial projects, design and digital marketing initiatives
Build knowledge of Firm practice areas to effectively support marketing and business development strategies; and
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
Familiarity with CRM systems and experience databases is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Preferred
1-2 years of experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred
