Responsibilities
Source accredited investors for FIP Fund I, SEC file number: 802-134708, CRD number: 339094, Private Fund identification number: 805-3053939358
Developing and maintaining relationships with the investment community, such as family offices, and other accredited investors
Handle capital raise stakeholders, including engagement of broker-dealers, private placement holders, underwriters, bookrunners, lawyers, CPA's, etc
Representing the company at investor meetings based on a mandate given by the management, which also include portfolio companies owned by Fenrir Infrastructure Partners
Establish joint ventures with AI datacenter operators, in addition to source other offtakers in need of baseload power
Qualification
Required
Experience in capital raising, with proven track record
Knowledge of finance and financial modeling, including valid series 65 FINRA license
Ability to create and distribute press releases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Preferable a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related fields
Knowledge within AI datacenters will be a preference for candidates applying
