VARITE INC is a global technology company providing consulting and staffing services. They are seeking a Human Resources/Training - HR Coordinator to provide administrative support, manage clerical duties, and assist with project-based work within the HR department.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work
Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Responsibilities: Answer telephones and transfer them to appropriate staff members. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
Perform general clerical duties to include but are not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys
Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules. Collect and maintain PC inventory. Support staff in assigned project-based work
Other duties as assigned

3-5 years of experience
Preferred
HR Generalist Experience preferred
Hands on experience with E-Verify, completing, auditing and supporting questions related to I-9 for new employees as well as reverifications for existing staff
Customer Service/ Employee facing roles-looking for someone who has customer focus and positive communication skills
Experience working in a ticketing system, as well as answering inbound employee inquiries related to I-9 completion is preferred
Comments for Suppliers: I-9 processing/HR Generalist experience preferred
