Responsibilities
Understand project economics, cashflows, and returns, and model these in Excel
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by maintaining financial models, databases, and data collection processes
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and persuasive manner
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to efficiently progress projects
Evaluate pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to optimize profitability
Use historical data and market trends to develop accurate sales forecasts
Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify insights
Create regular reports and dashboards summarizing sales and development data
Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Make data-driven recommendations to improve sales processes and product offerings
Qualification
Required
Financial modeling
Microsoft Excel proficiency (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting/modeling)
Financial reporting
Data analysis
3+ years of experience in pricing, finance or FP&A
Critical thinking and a curious mindset
Bachelor's degree (must have)
Preferred
Experience in underwriting
