Responsibilities
Supervise IT staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
Responsible for the management and oversight of a $1.6M IT budget, to ensure vendor services are cost effective, and align with operating budget
Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical network and internet infrastructure for all branch and program locations
Serve as a trusted technology partner to branch leadership and program staff
Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Evaluate technology recommendations that enhance efficiency and service delivery
Maintain and document improvements for physical and network security systems to protect staff, members and organizational data. (Cyber Security plan)
Support new program launches, branch renovations and organizational growth through the development of a master technology plan
Provide hands-on support, as needed, for security camera systems, and network issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information technology, or Business administration preferred or equivalent experience
Three or more years' work experience in Information technology management is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must including presentation and negotiating skills
Ability to collaborate and influence all levels of the organization
Preferred
Budgeting experience preferred
