Responsibilities
Create on-brand assets: story frames, launch graphics, simple templates, IG carousels
Occasional light website/email creative support (banners, thumbnails, simple layout)
Maintain a cohesive visual system (fonts, spacing, typography, tone)
Edit 3–5 Reels/TikToks per week from raw footage
Create clean, premium edits: pacing, tight trims, smooth transitions, graphics if needed
Light color correction for consistency + stabilization as needed
Export platform-ready versions (9:16) + occasional cutdowns
Qualification
Required
2+ years creating digital design assets for a brand (fashion/beauty/jewelry/lifestyle preferred)
Strong eye for composition, typography, spacing, and restraint - you know what looks elevated
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Procreate is a plus
Video editing proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; CapCut and DaVinci Resolve are also welcome
Comfortable building templates and repeatable systems (story frames, launch assets, carousel layouts) to keep visuals consistent
Detail-obsessed about alignment, hierarchy, pacing, and exports (formats, resolution, file naming, platform specs)
Moves fast, communicates clearly, and can take feedback and iterate quickly
