Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of music therapy programs
Support the development and scaling of group-based therapy programs
Improve workflows, systems, and operational processes
Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure quality and consistency
Supervise and support Program Coordinators
Ensure accountability, communication, and follow-through across teams
Serve as a bridge between administrative, clinical, and leadership teams
Participate in outreach to schools, organizations, and community partners
Attend meetings and represent LA Musica Therapy professionally
Provide monthly reports on outreach efforts and results
Oversee administrative processes related to:
Intake flow
Scheduling systems
Internal communication
Ensure efficiency, consistency, and accountability across operations
Oversee and track marketing operations and progress
Support outreach and growth initiatives in collaboration with leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, Education Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or service-based organizations
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating teams, schedules, and operational systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPA, or related field)
Experience in healthcare, therapy, education, or nonprofit settings
Experience supporting program growth or organizational scaling
Familiarity with scheduling platforms, CRM systems, or administrative software
