Responsibilities
Learn and utilize the Corridor maintenance management system to enter and maintain accurate aircraft records
Complete logbook entries and update maintenance histories in compliance with regulatory requirements
Organize and maintain digital and physical maintenance documentation for audit readiness
Support quality audits, corrective action tracking, and compliance reporting
Coordinate documentation between technicians, inspectors, and management
Provide administrative and data support to the Quality & Maintenance teams
Assist with special projects and daily operational needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in administrative support, documentation, or compliance environments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments
Preferred
Associate degree
Aviation maintenance or Repair Station experience
Familiarity with Corridor or similar maintenance systems
