Responsibilities

Oversee cloud, on-premise systems, networks, storage, and end-user computing
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of infrastructure services
Develop and execute infrastructure strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Lead cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives
Establish disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency strategies
Manage the infrastructure budget
Define and report KPIs and service performance metrics
Manage third-party vendors and managed service providers
Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with other IT and business teams

Required

Degree or skills-based certificates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of infrastructure or IT operations experience
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, operating systems, and security
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex initiatives
Cloud, ITIL, or security certifications
Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto hardware
Experience with administering Microsoft Azure
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Experience with the following products: Zscaler, Sentinel One, KnowBe4, Abnomal
