Responsibilities

Raise awareness and generate interest for AvaSure through cold calling, emails, and messaging through LinkedIn to prospective customers
Schedule initial discovery calls for AvaSure Sales Executives and do research on the accounts and people you are reaching out to
Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 30 calls per day
Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role
Strategize with the sales and marketing team on new campaigns that will help generate new leads
Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices
Update Dynamics 365 daily including lead records, activity notes, account notes, etc
Create email and call campaigns and execute them within the sales automation platform (Salesloft) or CRM (Dynamics)
Stay up to date with new products, services, pricing, etc. that AvaSure has to offer
Be accountable for meeting monthly sales quotas
Work closely with our AE team to help with expansion deals
Conduct your own research/prospecting
Participating in sales meetings

Required

HS or GED Diploma is required
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or marketing is required
6 months of experience in cold calling required
Experience working in CRMs and sales automation tools is required

Preferred

Some college preferred
Experience in healthcare is a plus
